Leomonk sells digital software subscriptions and setup services. This page explains how billing, refunds, and dispute support work.
Leomonk subscriptions provide access to software dashboards, bot configuration pages, analytics, alerts, logs, and exchange API connectivity tools. Subscription fees do not include trading capital, exchange fees, blockchain fees, tax obligations, or third-party exchange charges.
Refund requests are reviewed by support on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds, if any, are normally returned to the original payment method through the payment processor. Completed setup work, custom development, institutional deployment work, white-label configuration, and already-consumed subscription periods may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Contact support@leomonk.tech with your registered account, payment date, plan name, and reason for the request. Do not include exchange API secrets, passwords, OTP codes, or withdrawal credentials in support messages.
Subscription payments are for software access only. Trading gains, losses, exchange order outcomes, slippage, fees, partial fills, cancelled orders, or missed opportunities are not subscription billing errors and are not grounds for guaranteed refunds.
