These terms define Leomonk as software only and make user responsibility clear.
Leomonk provides software, dashboards, automation workflows, alerts, analytics, logs, and exchange API connectivity tools. Leomonk does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, brokerage, custody, exchange, banking, or portfolio management services.
No feature, bot, signal, AI-generated output, dashboard score, Telegram alert, or strategy suggestion should be treated as financial advice or a promise of profit.
Users are solely responsible for deciding whether to use the platform, which exchanges to connect, which bots to enable, what capital to allocate, and whether any strategy is suitable for their objectives, risk tolerance, jurisdiction, tax position, and financial circumstances.
By using Leomonk, users acknowledge that crypto trading can lead to partial or total loss of funds and that automated systems can amplify losses if configured incorrectly or used during volatile markets.
Past performance, testnet performance, paper-mode results, backtests, screenshots, ledger records, or previous live outcomes do not guarantee future results. Market conditions, liquidity, fees, slippage, API behavior, and exchange rules can change without notice.
Exchanges, wallets, blockchains, market data providers, payment processors, and communication platforms are independent third parties. Leomonk is not responsible for their outages, rules, fees, restrictions, liquidations, account actions, rejected orders, delayed fills, or data inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leomonk Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for trading losses, missed profits, loss of opportunity, exchange failures, user configuration mistakes, API key misuse, security incidents outside Leomonk's reasonable control, tax outcomes, legal consequences, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
If a user does not accept these terms or cannot bear trading losses, the user should not connect an exchange account or run live bots.
