How Leomonk handles account, exchange, security, and operational data.

Data we process

Leomonk may process account details, dashboard identifiers, exchange connection metadata, encrypted API credentials, bot settings, trade/order records, P/L ledger information, logs, audit events, Telegram identifiers, billing status, support requests, device and security signals, and usage analytics required to operate the platform.

How data is used

To authenticate users and operate dashboards.
To connect to user-authorized exchange APIs.
To run user-selected bots and reconcile order status.
To provide support, alerts, billing, security monitoring, and audit trails.
To improve reliability, guardrails, and product quality.

Credential privacy

API credentials are stored encrypted at rest and are not shown back in plaintext. They may be decrypted in runtime memory only for user-authorized exchange operations. Users should never provide withdrawal-enabled keys.

User control

Users can delete or rotate exchange keys from their exchange account and should contact support for account-related privacy requests. Some operational, audit, billing, legal, tax, anti-abuse, or security records may be retained where required or where necessary to protect the service.
