Billing
Users can stop using Leomonk software and request subscription cancellation support, but exchange positions and API keys remain under the user's control.
Users may request cancellation or downgrade support by contacting support@leomonk.tech or by using dashboard billing controls where available. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the applicable plan or payment processor states otherwise.
Cancelling a Leomonk subscription does not automatically close exchange positions, cancel exchange orders, rotate API keys, or withdraw funds. Users should review their exchange account directly, stop live bots where required, and revoke or rotate API keys from the exchange dashboard.
Support can help with product access and billing questions, but cannot advise whether a user should open, hold, close, or cancel any trade.
